The medium in the air chamber above the main valve disc is quickly discharged through the exhaust joint of the Pressure Relief Valve, and the main valve disc is below the medium. Under the strong effect of pressure, it opens instantly, the medium is quickly discharged from the main valve outlet, and the medium pressure in the pipeline returns to normal operating pressure, ensuring system safety. When the pressure of the pipeline medium drops to about 90% of the set pressure of the Pressure Relief Valve set by the system, the valve disc on the Pressure Relief Valve closes, and the pipeline medium enters the air chamber above the main valve disc through the Control Valve.

When the pipeline pressure drops to about 90% of the system set pressure, the upper disc of the Pressure Relief Valve is closed by the spring, and the upper disc of the Pressure Relief Valve is closed by the spring. The lower valve disc is opened by the ejection rod, and the pipeline medium enters the main valve through the lower valve disc. In the air chamber above the valve disc, the main valve disc is closed under the effect of pressure difference, thus ensuring the normal operation of the system. When you find that the medium pressure in the pipeline is abnormal and the Pressure Relief Valve cannot be opened, you can manually open the Pressure Relief Valve on the Pressure Relief Valve to release the medium in the air chamber above the main valve disc to open the valve cover.
