2. The oil return prevention performance of the GYC-JQ series electromagnetic high vacuum differential pressure filling valve has been greatly improved.
After improving the structure of the high vacuum differential pressure charging valve, the product performance is more reliable and more suitable for the working conditions of mechanical vacuum pumps. The following three key capabilities have been improved:
(1) The valve closing time is shortened to <0.7 seconds, which is more conducive to preventing oil return;
(2) The valve opening time is slightly delayed. The valve can only be opened after the vacuum reaches a certain value. If there is no pressure difference, it will return to the normally open state;
(3) The vacuum leak rate index of the product has been improved, from the original low vacuum value to a high vacuum value, which can fully meet the requirements of high vacuum working conditions, such as being used as a safety valve for the air inlet of a rotary vane pump with higher requirements.
3. The unique Needle Valve orifice adjusts the pumping speed even more superiorly.
The Needle Valve adopts a "V" shaped orifice, which makes it more advantageous to adjust the pumping speed. It is installed on the main exhaust pipe of the single crystal furnace to adjust the pumping rate of the furnace body, changing the old "Butterfly Valve + baffle valve" combination. form.
4. The coils of GDC-J solenoid Needle Valve and DDC-JQ solenoid vacuum inflation valve will not generate high temperatures if they are energized for a long time.
Scientific circuit control and electromagnetic circuit design enable the Solenoid Valve coil to always work in a highly efficient and power-saving state. When working continuously for 72 hours at room temperature of 30°C, the coil surface temperature is ≤55°C, and the product shell temperature is even lower. And the electronic components don't heat up either. This will never cause the coil to burn out.
