There are roughly two types of Pressure Relief Valve: one is a switch-shaped valve that isolates the atmosphere and vacuum space after closing, and the other is a Universal Valve that adjusts the ventilation volume. The latter is used in equipment such as gas introduction.
Generally speaking, a Pressure
Relief Valve refers to a gas line valve. The basic function of a valve is to truly isolate the atmosphere and vacuum space when closed.

There are generally four forms of valves, namely angle valves, butterfly valves, straight-way valves and gate valves. Various valves selected according to the vacuum field of application

There are two types of valve drives: manual and automatic. Automatic valves are mainly driven by compressed air, and some small valves are driven by electromagnets.
2. Universal Valve
The Universal Valve is mainly used to control the amount of gas introduced into the vacuum container and to control the effective exhaust speed.
(1)Gas introduction valve
The valve controls the gas flow rate by controlling the gas conductivity of the contact surface between oxygen-free copper and cemented carbide, with high reliability. The Universal Valve is made of metal and can be used to bake or cut off gas introduction.
(2)Flow Universal Valve
This kind of valve is installed between the vacuum chamber and the exhaust pump, and adjusts the exhaust speed by adjusting the gas conduction rate. Photo 1 is a
