The Check Valve is not special in fact. It is also evolved from the Gate Valve. It uses a gear to rotate 90 degrees to drive the Valve Stem to lift to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. Its torque is small and its operation is particularly simple.

Especially when driven, the blowdown valve can discharge waste through five channels at the same time or through one channel.
1. Structure of Check Valve
① The Universal Valve body and valve cover are connected by a clamp type, which has a compact structure, easy disassembly and installation, and the branch pipes are welded.
② It adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The sealing ring is made of formed asbestos packing. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.
③The medium flows into the branch pipe and is discharged downward.
④The valve disc is a piston structure and is boronized. Resistant to corrosion and erosion. long lasting.
2. Installation instructions of Check Valve
① Turn the handwheel valve stem counterclockwise to drive the valve core to gradually move upward, the sealing surface is disengaged, and the guide seat on the valve core gradually moves out of the inner hole of the valve seat, forming a narrow gap, and the medium enters through the symmetrical orifice on the valve seat. Inside the valve seat, a small amount of medium can flow out through the narrow gap, gradually reducing the system pressure.
②Continue to turn the handwheel counterclockwise, the valve core moves upward, the throttle hole on the guide seat moves out of the inner cavity of the valve seat, and more medium is discharged smoothly after being throttled by the guide seat and valve sleeve.
③Continue to turn the handwheel counterclockwise, and the valve core moves upward to the fully open position. At this time, the medium pressure is greatly reduced, and a large amount of impurities can be discharged directly from the throttle hole of the valve sleeve, and a vortex is formed at the inverted sealing seat, which is continuously cleaned. Sealing surface to prevent impurities from adhering to the sealing surface.
④ Turn the Universal Valve clockwise, and the valve stem drives the valve core to move downward. At this time, the blowdown has ended, the system pressure is low, the area of the orifice on the valve sleeve gradually decreases, the guide sleeve is close to the valve seat, and changes the flow direction of the medium. After throttling, the valve core and valve are used as sealing surfaces at a certain speed, and the cleaning of the sealing surfaces is gradually strengthened.
