How Pressure Relief Valve work and are stored

Pressure Reducing Valve Function And Use

The working principle of the Pressure Relief Valve: the electric device drives the Valve Stem to cause the butterfly plate to rotate 90° to open and close the valve.
The principle of an electric actuator is actually very simple. Just like a razor used daily, the energy source is electricity. The electricity drives the operation of the valve plate, thereby opening and closing the valve and flowing or blocking the fluid. The electric actuator of the Pressure Relief Valve can be divided into switching type and regulating type. The switching type Pressure Relief Valve functions as a switch; while the regulating type Pressure Relief Valve functions to regulate the flow, and can accurately adjust the flow to thousands. Indexing is also a relatively expensive valve. As a device installed in a pipeline, it seems not very practical to check its switching status on the spot, so there is a feedback signal. The adjustable type itself has a feedback signal, while the switch type can choose whether to install a feedback signal according to the customer's specific needs.
1. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated room and should not be stored in the open air; the sealing ring should not be in contact with oily substances to avoid aging.
2. Storage and transportation:
① Use stuffy covers at both ends of the diameter to prevent dust and rust and keep the passage clean.
② The machined surfaces at both ends of the Pressure Relief Valve should be cleaned of dirt and coated with rust inhibitor.
3. Pressure Relief Valve that have been stored for more than 18 months should be retested before installation and use to ensure the integrity of the structure and function.
4. When placing the Pressure Relief Valve, ensure that the electric device is not squeezed and the wiring terminals are not damaged, and prevent contact with corrosive substances. Handle with care when handling to avoid damaging electrical components and mechanical parts.
