1. Characteristics of Check Valve

Because the channel in the valve is streamlined, the flow pressure is smaller than that of the butterfly Check Valve, which is suitable for low flow rates and large diameters where the flow does not change much. Butterfly Check Valve are divided into three types: single-disc type, double-disc type and multi-half type. These three forms are mainly divided according to the diameter of the Universal Valve. The purpose is to attenuate the hydraulic shock when the media stops flowing or reverses flow.

2. Working principle
① When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium flows countercurrently, the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely connected due to the self-weight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the valve disc by the medium.
