1. Working principle of Butterfly Valve: The butterfly plate of the Universal Valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical channel of the Universal Valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis with a rotation angle between 0° and 90°. When rotated to 90°, the valve is in a fully open state. The Universal Valve has a simple structure, small size and light weight, and is composed of only a few parts. Moreover, it only needs to be rotated 90° to quickly open and close, which is simple to operate. At the same time, the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the Universal Valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics. The Universal Valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. For elastic sealing valves, the sealing ring can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.
2. Butterfly Valve maintenance and debugging:
① Inspection and maintenance of Solenoid Valve and muffler. Inspect and maintain the solenoid valve every 6 months. Mainly check whether the solenoid valve is blocked by dirt and whether the valve core moves freely, and whether the muffler is blocked by dirt and whether it is smooth. Is the air source clean and free of moisture?
② Cylinder inspection and maintenance plan: Clean the surface of the cylinder and add oil to the circlip of the cylinder shaft. Open the cylinder end cover regularly every 6 months to check whether there is any debris and moisture in the cylinder, as well as the condition of the grease. If the grease is missing or has dried out, the cylinder needs to be disassembled for maintenance and cleaning before adding more grease.
③ Valve body inspection: Every 6 months, check whether the appearance of the valve body is in good condition and whether there is any leakage in the mounting flange. If convenient, check whether the valve body seal is in good condition and has no wear and tear, and whether the valve plate operates flexibly and whether the valve is stuck with foreign matter.
3. Cylinder block disassembly and assembly methods and precautions: First remove the cylinder from the valve body, first remove the two end covers of the cylinder, be sure to pay attention to the direction of the piston rack when removing the piston, and then use external force to rotate the cylinder clockwise. The shaft moves the piston to the outside, and then slowly vents the valve hole to gently push out the piston with air pressure. However, in this method, care must be taken to ventilate slowly, otherwise the piston will suddenly eject. Then remove the circlip on the cylinder shaft, and the cylinder shaft can be taken out from the other end. Then you can clean and grease each component. The parts that need to be greased are: cylinder inner wall and piston sealing ring, rack and back ring piece, as well as gear shaft and sealing ring. After adding grease, install it in the reverse order of disassembly and parts. Be sure to pay attention to the position of the gear rack and ensure that the piston is retracted when the valve is in the open position. When the valve is in the inside position, the upper groove of the gear shaft is parallel to the cylinder block. When the valve is closed, that is, when the piston extends to the outside, the upper groove of the gear shaft is perpendicular to the cylinder block.
