① Intelligent functions such as self-diagnosis of Ball Valve and remote communication of operating status make the management of Ball Valve convenient and fault diagnosis easy, and also reduce the skill requirements for maintenance personnel.
② Reduce product types and simplify the production process. The use of a Universal Valve positioner can not only easily change the flow characteristics of the Ball Valve, but also improve the control quality of the control system. Therefore, the requirements for the flow characteristics of Ball Valve can be simplified and standardized, and intelligent functional modules can be used to match the characteristics of the controlled objects, so that the types and varieties of Ball Valve products can be greatly reduced, the manufacturing process of Ball Valve can be simplified, and in the production and market tested and recognized.
③Digital communication. Digital communication will be widely used in Ball Valve. Based on the HART communication protocol, some Ball Valve positioners implement input signals and valve position signals on the same transmission line; based on fieldbus technology, Ball Valve, valve positioners, and PID controls The combination of functional modules enables control functions to be realized at the field level, dispersing risks and making control more timely and rapid.
④Universal Valve positioner. The Universal Valve positioner has all the functions of a valve positioner and can at the same time improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the Ball Valve and improve the control accuracy of the Ball Valve. Therefore, the Universal Valve positioner will become an important Ball Valve auxiliary equipment and be widely used in the future. The standardization of Ball Valve is reflected in the following aspects.
(2) In order to achieve interchangeability, Ball Valve produced by different manufacturers of the same size and specification can be interchanged, so that users do not have to spend a lot of time choosing a manufacturer.
(3) In order to achieve interoperability, Ball Valve produced by different manufacturers should be able to work together with products from other manufacturers without signal mismatch or impedance mismatch.
