The importance of Needle Valve in pipelines

According to the structure, Needle Valve can be divided into three types: lift Needle Valve, swing Needle Valve and butterfly Needle Valve. Lift Needle Valve can be divided into two types: vertical Needle Valve and horizontal Needle Valve. Swing Needle Valve are divided into three types: single-disc Needle Valve, double-disc Needle Valve and multi-disc Needle Valve. Butterfly Needle Valve are straight-through Needle Valve. The connection forms of the above Needle Valve can be divided into three types: threaded Needle Valve, flange connected Needle Valve and welded Needle Valve. The Needle Valve is also called a one-way valve or a Check Valve. Its function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing back.

High Pressure Needle Valve

The bottom valve of the water pump suction valve also belongs to the Needle Valve category. The opening and closing parts open or close by themselves depending on the flow and force of the medium to prevent the backflow of the medium. The valve is called a Needle Valve. Needle Valve belong to the automatic valve category. Needle Valve are mainly used on pipelines with one-way flow of media. They only allow the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents.
1. Do not allow the Needle Valve to bear weight in the pipeline. Large Needle Valve should be supported independently so that they are not affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.
2. When installing, note that the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
3. Lift-type vertical flap Needle Valve should be installed on vertical pipes.
4. Lift-type horizontal flap Needle Valve should be installed on horizontal pipelines.
