Universal Valve operates normally

The Universal Valve is pressed on the valve seat by the spring force of the valve core. The valve is closed and the valve core top is under the steam. During normal operation, the clamping force under the spring is greater than the upward thrust of the steam, and the valve closes. When the steam pressure reaches the Gate Valve, the steam force is greater than the valve, spool, and rotor pump Relief Valve exhaust spring force. You can adjust the pressure in the relief valve by changing the pressure of the spring by adjusting the Valve Stem at the top of the screw.

Brass Flange Gate Valve

(1) The Universal Valve should be vertical, installed and installed at the steam interface position of the container or pipeline.

(2) There should be no resistance at the outlet of the relief valve to avoid back pressure. If it is installed on a discharge line whose diameter is larger than the outlet path of the Gate Valve, attention should be paid to the Gate Valve exclusion of antifreeze and containers containing flammable or toxic, highly toxic media Discharge piping should be handled through outdoor safe or appropriate facilities. Drainage pipes shall not be fitted with any valves.

(3) There should be no valve between the overflow valve and the pressure equipment, holding a flammable, explosive, toxic or viscous medium in a container, so that the valve can be easily replaced, cleaned and loaded, and its structure and size should not hinder the operation of the Gate Valve. normal operation. Stop valves must be fully open and sealed during normal operation.

(4) When there are gas and liquid two-phase materials in the container, the Gate Valve should be installed in the gas phase part.

(5) When the Gate Valve is used to discharge flammable liquids, the outlet of the Gate Valve should be connected to the accident storage tank. When the discharged material of the Gate Valve is high-temperature combustibles, the receiving container should have corresponding protective facilities.

(6) Generally, Gate Valve can be vented on-site. The vent port of the Gate Valve should be more than 1 meter (m) higher than the operator and should not face open flames, spark-emitting locations and high-temperature equipment within 15 meters (m). The vent holes of Gate Valve of indoor equipment and containers should be led out of the roof, and the Gate Valve should be at least 2 meters (m) above the roof.

(7) When there is a isolation valve at the inlet of the Gate Valve, the isolation valve should be in a normally open state, and the Gate Valve should be sealed to avoid errors.
