Check Valve are used to output liquid low-temperature media such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc. They are not only flammable and explosive, but also vaporize when heated. The valve body and valve cover are made of special materials such as low-temperature-resistant stainless steel and low-temperature-resistant cast steel.
Low-temperature Check Valve are divided into two categories: low-temperature floating Check Valve and low-temperature fixed Check Valve. For temperatures above -50°C, long-neck structures are generally not used. For Check Valve with temperatures below -50°C, the neck length T is generally 250mm.
1. All Universal Valve Parts whose operating temperature is less than -100°C must be cryogenically treated in accordance with relevant regulations to prevent low-temperature brittleness of the material and volume changes caused by material phase changes at low temperatures.
2. The Check Valve adopts a long-neck structure to keep the working temperature of the packing above 0°C, effectively preventing the packing from being reduced in sealing performance or even sealing failure due to too low working temperature. It also facilitates wrapping the Universal Valve with insulation material to prevent the loss of cold energy. .
3. The floating Check Valve adopts an inlet pressure relief and outlet sealing design, which effectively prevents abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity caused by temperature changes and ensures the safe operation of the Universal Valve and pipelines.
4. The pneumatic actuator of the double-layer Valve Stem packing and counter-pressure disc-type shrapnel device adopts the new GTD series or ATD series pneumatic actuators, which are double-acting and single-acting (spring return), gear transmission, safe and reliable; large-diameter universal The valve adopts AW series pneumatic actuator fork transmission, with reasonable structure and large output torque, and is available in double-acting and single-acting types.
