How to debug the Globe Valve?

There is an adjusting nut at the top of the Universal Valve, which can be adjusted. But it is best not to move around, because individuals do not have the qualifications. If an accident occurs, the damage caused will be subject to serious criminal liability. It needs to be verified by an institution with relevant qualifications. Qualifications are different in each place, but The local special supervision institute must be qualified.

During calibration, pay attention to three parameters: setting pressure, recoil pressure, and back pressure. Before the Globe Valve leaves the factory, its opening pressure has been adjusted one by one to the setting value required by the user. If the working pressure level of the spring is proposed, it should generally be adjusted according to the lower limit of the pressure level before leaving the factory. Before installing the Globe Valve to the protected equipment or before installation, the user must readjust it at the installation site to ensure that the set pressure value of the Globe Valve meets the requirements. Within the spring working pressure level range indicated on the nameplate, the opening pressure can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment screw to change the spring compression amount. Before rotating the adjusting screw, the valve inlet pressure should be reduced to less than 90% of the opening pressure to prevent the valve disc from being driven to rotate when the adjusting screw is rotated, causing damage to the sealing surface.

1. Always keep the Universal Valve clean to prevent the valve body spring from being filled with dirt or corrosion, and to prevent the gas Globe Valve discharge pipe from being blocked by oil or other foreign matter; always check whether the lead seal is intact to prevent the lever Globe Valve from being clogged with oil or other foreign matter. The weight of the valve is loose or moved to prevent the adjusting screw of the Universal Valve from being twisted at will.
2. After the Globe Valve is cleaned, it must be re-adjusted.
3. Light oil should be used to clean the Globe Valve.
4. During the initial operation period after debugging, the operation of the Globe Valve should be carefully observed.
5. When signs of leakage are found in the Globe Valve, it should be replaced or repaired in time. It is prohibited to eliminate leakage by increasing the load (such as over-tightening the adjustment screw of the Globe Valve or adding heavy objects to the lever of the lever-type Globe Valve, etc.).
6. Regularly check whether the running Globe Valve is leaking, stuck, spring rusted and other abnormal phenomena, and pay attention to observe whether the locking nut of the adjusting screw sleeve and the adjusting ring tightening screw is loose. If problems are found, appropriate measures should be taken in time. .
7. The Globe Valve installed outdoors should take appropriate protective measures to prevent rain, fog, dust, rust and other dirt from intruding into the Globe Valve and discharge pipe. When the environment is below zero degrees Celsius, necessary anti-freeze measures should be taken to ensure Reliability of Globe Valve action.
