What are the requirements for selecting a Globe Valve?

Micro start means that the opening height of the Universal Valve is 1/40~l/20 of the valve seat diameter. Fully open type means that the opening height of the Universal Valve is 1/4 of the valve seat diameter. Select the Globe Valve. The pressure range of the spring or lever is determined by calculating the pressure value of the Globe Valve. The following are general rules for selecting a Globe Valve.
(l) Micro-opening Globe Valve with wrenches are generally used in hot water boilers.
(2) Steam boilers or steam pipelines generally use fully open Globe Valve without a wrench.
(3) For liquids such as water that cannot be compressed, closed micro-opening Globe Valve or safety discharge valves are generally used.
(4) High-pressure water supply generally uses closed fully-open Globe Valve, such as high-pressure water supply heaters, heat exchangers, etc.
(5) Gas and other compressible media generally use closed, fully open Globe Valve, such as gas storage tanks, gas pipes, etc.
(6) E horizontal steam boilers generally use dead weight Globe Valve.
(7) Large-diameter, large-displacement, and high-pressure systems generally use Universal Valve, such as temperature and pressure reduction devices, power station boilers, etc.
(8) Train tankers, automobile tankers, storage tanks, etc., which generally use built-in Globe Valve to transport liquefied gas.
(9) A hydraulic Globe Valve is generally used on the top of the oil tank, which should be used in conjunction with the breathing valve.
(10) Globe Valve are generally used for underground drainage or natural gas pipelines.
