1. Characteristics of Check Valve
①The sealing ring of the valve seat is composed of multi-layer stainless steel sheets on both sides of the soft T-shaped sealing ring.
②The sealing surfaces of the valve plate and valve seat are of oblique cone structure, and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials are welded on the oblique cone surface of the valve plate. The springs fixed between the adjusting ring brackets and the adjustment bolts on the brackets are installed in the same structure. This structure compensates for the tolerance zone between the bearing and the valve body and the elastic deformation of the valve rod under the dielectric pressure, and solves the sealing problem of the Universal Valve in the two-way exchange of medium transportation.
③The sealing ring is composed of multi-layer stainless steel sheets on both sides of the soft T-shape, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and soft sealing. It has zero leakage sealing performance regardless of low or high temperature. Tests have proven that when the pool is in a positive flow state (the flow direction of the medium is the same as the rotation direction of the butterfly plate), the pressure on the sealing surface is caused by the torque and dielectric pressure of the transmission device acting on the valve plate. When the medium pressure in the positive direction increases, the stronger the extrusion force between the oblique conical surface of the valve plate and the sealing surface of the valve seat, the better the sealing effect.
④In the counter-flow state, the sticker between the valve plate and the valve seat presses the valve plate onto the valve seat according to the torque of the driving device. As the reverse medium pressure increases, when the unit positive pressure between the valve plate and the valve seat is less than the medium pressure, the spring of the adjusting ring can use the deformation energy stored after loading to compensate for the pressure on the sealing surface of the valve plate and valve seat. The function of automatic compensation.
2. Precautions for Check Valve
① Since the multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate, when the valve plate is in the normally open state, the medium will cause frontal erosion of its sealing surface. After the belt is washed, it will directly affect the sealing performance.
② Due to the limitation of structural conditions, this structure is not suitable for use as a Universal Valve below DN200. The reason is that the overall structure of the valve plate is too thick and the flow resistance is large.
