Today I would like to introduce to you some knowledge about Check Valve. The Check Valve is a closed ball and a Universal Valve that opens and closes by rotating the centerline of the valve. Universal Valve are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of media on pipelines. Two-piece ball valves and three-piece ball valves are new Universal Valve that have been widely used in recent years. This Universal Valve is generally installed horizontally. The screw Check Valve is a type of Check Valve. The connection form with the pipe is a screw connection. There are also flange Check Valve, welded Check Valve, etc. Check Valve can also be divided into internal Check Valve and external Check Valve.

Check Valve are suitable for low-pressure and small-diameter pipelines with nominal pressures PN16~140 and nominal sizes DN8~50. They are used to cut off the flow and change the distribution of the flow or in places that require rapid opening and closing. Main features:

1. Small flow resistance;
2. Simple structure;
3. Small size and light weight;
4. The sealing surface material of the Check Valve is made of plastic, which has good sealing performance;
5. Easy to operate, quick to open and close, convenient for long-distance control;
6. Easy to maintain, the sealing rings are generally movable and easy to disassemble and replace;
7. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, and the passage of the medium will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the Universal Valve.
①The installation position, height, and entrance and exit directions must meet the design requirements, and the threaded connection should be firm and tight.
② The handles of various manual Universal Valve installed on insulated pipes must not be downwards.
③ Install a sealing gasket between the Universal Valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
④The Check Valve with transmission mechanism should be installed according to the regulations of the product instruction manual.
