What are the key points in the installation of Check Valve and their pipeline layout design?

(1) Check Valve on equipment or pipelines should generally be installed upright. However, Check Valve installed on liquid pipelines, heat exchangers or containers, etc., can be installed horizontally in places where the pressure may rise due to thermal expansion after the valve is closed;

(2) The Check Valve should be installed as close as possible to the protected equipment or pipeline. If it cannot be installed close, the pressure drop in the pipeline from the protected equipment mouth to the Check Valve inlet must not exceed the fixed pressure value of the valve. 3%.
(3) The Check Valve should not be installed at the dead end of a long horizontal pipeline to prevent the accumulation of solid or liquid materials at the dead end, so as not to affect the normal operation of the Check Valve;
(4) The Check Valve should be installed in a place that is easy to maintain and adjust, and there should be enough working space around it;
(5) Due to the heavy weight of large-diameter Check Valve, the possibility of lifting the large-diameter Check Valve after disassembly should be considered during layout, and a boom should be installed if necessary;
(6) The inlet pipe of the Check Valve should use a long radius elbow;
(7) The design of the Check Valve outlet pipeline should consider that the back pressure does not exceed a certain value of the Check Valve. For example: for ordinary spring Check Valve, the back pressure does not exceed 10% of the set value of the Check Valve;
(8) The outlet pipe of the Check Valve discharged into the closed system should be connected at an angle of 45° to the top of the pressure relief main pipe along the medium flow direction to prevent the condensate in the main pipe from flowing back into the branch pipe and reduce the back pressure of the Check Valve;
(9) The Check Valve outlet pipe cannot be "bag-shaped". When the Check Valve outlet pipe is long, it should be set at a certain slope (except for dry gas systems);
(10) When the discharge pipe of the Check Valve is discharged to the atmosphere, be careful that the discharge outlet cannot face equipment, platforms, ladders, cables, etc.;
(11) There should be no "bag-shaped" liquid accumulation in the discharge pipe of the wet gas pressure relief system, and the installation height of the Check Valve should be higher than that of the pressure relief system. If the Check Valve outlet is lower than the pressure relief main pipe or the discharge pipe needs to be raised to connect to the main pipe, a liquid separation bag should be installed at a low point that is easily accessible;
(12) When there is a cut-off valve on the inlet pipeline of the Check Valve, a single-gate Gate Valve should be used and the lead seal should be opened. The Valve Stem should be installed horizontally and not upward to avoid corrosion or loosening of the pin connecting the valve stem and the valve plate. When the skateboard slid down. When the Check Valve is equipped with a bypass valve, the valve should be sealed and closed.
