The Universal Valve is a Special Valve whose opening and closing parts are in a normally closed state under the action of external force. When the medium pressure in the equipment or pipeline rises above the specified value, it discharges the medium outside the system to prevent the medium pressure in the pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value. . Universal Valve are automatic valves that are mainly used in boilers, pressure vessels and pipelines to control pressure not to exceed specified values and play an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation. Note: The Universal Valve must pass the pressure test before it can be used.

1. For steam boiler Universal Valve, the open full-open spring Universal Valve 0490 series is generally used;

If the medium temperature is high, in order to reduce the temperature of the spring chamber, generally when the operating temperature of the closed Universal Valve exceeds 300°C and the operating temperature of the open Universal Valve exceeds 350°C, a Universal Valve with a radiator should be selected;
9. If the outlet back pressure of the Universal Valve changes and its variation exceeds 10% of the opening pressure, a bellows Universal Valve should be used;
10. If the medium is corrosive, a bellows Universal Valve should be used to prevent important parts from failing due to corrosion by the medium.
