Flange soft seal butterfly valve

The flange-connected center plate butterfly plate is the latest patented product. It combines some of the advantages of eccentric flange butterfly valves and wafer butterfly valves, filling a gap between eccentric flange butterfly valves and wafer butterfly valves.

Butterfly Valve is a Control Valve often used in water systems. Valves have become common Universal Valve in pipelines due to their small size and high cost performance. The main products of butterfly valves include wafer-type soft seal butterfly valves and flange-type butterfly valves.

The butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size and light weight, and is composed of only a few parts. Moreover, it only needs to be rotated 90° to quickly open and close, which is simple to operate. At the same time, the valve has good fluid control characteristics. The butterfly plate of the butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When it rotates to 90°, the valve is fully open. When the flange butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics. Butterfly valves have two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. Elastic sealing valves can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.
