The Universal Valve relies on the force of the spring to press the valve core on the valve seat, so that the Check Valve is in a closed state, and the bottom of the valve core is pushed upward by the force of steam. During normal operation, the downward pressing force of the spring is greater than the upward thrust of the steam, and the valve is in a closed state. When the steam pressure reaches the Check Valve seating pressure, the force of steam on the valve core is greater than the force of the spring, causing the valve core to lift and the Check Valve to exhaust steam. The seating pressure of the Check Valve can be adjusted by changing the tightness of the spring through the adjusting screw on the upper part of the Valve Stem. This kind of Check Valve has the advantages of easy adjustment, small size and weight, and large steam exhaust capacity. It is suitable for boilers with different parameters and capacities.

The Universal Valve achieves sealing by adjusting the spring force to overcome the medium pressure. When the spring force is greater than the normal pressure of the medium, the valve disc is in a closed state. When the medium pressure exceeds the set pressure, the spring is compressed, causing the valve disc sealing surface to break away. , the valve automatically opens, and then discharges the entire amount. When the medium pressure drops to the normal value, the spring force pushes the valve disc to the valve seat. The valve disc sealing surface coincides with the valve seat sealing surface, and the valve automatically closes.
Precautions:
1. The accuracy and cleanliness of the valve disc and valve seat sealing surfaces are directly related to the sealing performance of the valve.
2. Within the range of the spring pressure level, the set pressure value of the Check Valve can be changed by rotating the adjusting screw sleeve.
3. By rotating the position of the adjusting ring, the pressure discharge angle and lift of the Check Valve sealing port can be changed to obtain the appropriate back seat pressure, discharge pressure and valve disc opening height.
